Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fulfill your order and may be used for internal analytical purposes. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. 

Refund Policy

Cancellations that are notified in writing before January 31^st, 2024 will be eligible for a refund of less 50 euros. Cancellations notified after this date will not be eligible for any refund, however, another person may attend the conference.

Delivery Policy

To make an order for our services displayed on our website, it is necessary to make a single payment for each service with the 2Checkout payment gateway or bank transfer. One order can be for one or for several people. These data will be processed and incorporated into our database, as reported in our privacy policies.

To make an order online, the user must click on one of the buttons below and the system will automatically redirect the customer to the payment page. The system will connect with the 2Checkout payment gateway and will ask the user for their Credit or Debit card details. After confirming the payment by 2Checkout, you will be sent to the purchase confirmation page. Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email with the formal confirmation of the purchase. In the event that you do not receive the emails with the formal confirmation of the order within 24 hours, you must contact us immediately at eqol.2024@uns.ac.rs.

To make an order by bank transfer, the user must use Incoming Payment Instructions and choose OUR to cover the transfer costs of money as well as send us the scanned receipt if the user chooses this payment option to confirm his/her registration is completed to eqol.2024@uns.ac.rs. Upon completion of your registration, the user will receive an email with the formal confirmation of the purchase.

Conference Cancellation or Postponement

The members of the Organizing Committee do not accept any liability for losses incurred in the event of the conference being canceled or postponed due to an unforeseen event or any other event that renders the performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable, or impossible. An unforeseen event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; infectious disease outbreak, industrial disruptions, service provider failures, governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation; or any other emergency.

In the event the conference is canceled, delegates will be refunded their registration fee.

Insurance

The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation, and personal possessions. Neither the conference covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the conference or for theft or damage to belongings.
